Personal Assistant to a CEO with Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

At Nohaven Media LLC, we specialize in Paid Social Advertising & E-Commerce Projects. Additionally, we manage premium Airbnb properties around the world.
We are looking for a dedicated Personal Assistant in Canggu, Bali to join our dynamic team.
Office Management & Administrative Support:
- Organize and maintain schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Create, format, and update documents using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Assist in online business operations, including but not limited to data analysis, report generation, and process documentation.
- Handle incoming emails and other communications, ensuring timely responses and effective communication.
- Assist in the research, development, and implementation of new online business strategies.
- Monitor and report on business metrics.
- Support in the preparation of presentations and pitches.
Airbnb Property Management:
- Manage Airbnb reservations, guest communication, and feedback.
- Willingness to be in Person on the property if needed
- Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure the property is always ready for guests.
- Handle inquiries and troubleshoot any guest issues promptly and professionally.
- Track guest reviews and feedback, providing regular summaries and suggestions for improvement.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia – both written and spoken.
- Fluent in English – both written and spoken.
- Age between 21 – 40
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in administrative support or related roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Knowledge or willingness to learn about Airbnb property management.
Preferred Qualifications (but not required):
- Previous experience in online business operations.
- Knowledge of Airbnb platform and guest management.
- Additional language skills are a plus.
- US Company work contract
